[Update] ShoutOut Box 1-27-2012

Good day everyone,

I would like to inform everyone that there has been some updates for the website, we have entered in a new ShoutOut Box, fixed some glitches on the site, and upgrade the speed of our server. We are trying to increase speed,  to enable us to have more members.
